Prep Cook
Cowboy Club Grille & Spirits is a family-owned, high-volume restaurant with a 30+ year history on 89A at the crossroads of Uptown Sedona .
We are currently hiring Prep Cooks. However, we value good employees and are always looking to add talent to our team. We provide competitive wages ranging from $20 to $35 per hour dependent upon position and experience, medical/dental /vision/life insurance benefits, and an employee dining program.
Duties:
- Measuring and mixing ingredients.
- Washing, peeling, and cutting fruits and vegetables.
- Trimming and cutting meat, poultry, and fish.
- Stocking, dating, rotating, and checking temperatures of products.
- Cleaning and sanitizing workstations and equipment.
- Preparing food items according to company/concept standards and maintaining food safety and sanitation while providing the highest quality of service.
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule.
- Ability to stand throughout the entire shift and lift 40 lbs.
- Food Handlers Certification complying with state requirements.
