Inventory Processing Lead
:
The Inventory Processing Lead coordinates activities and provides coaching and guidance to employees on the team. You will work alongside and with the team, stepping in as needed to ensure maximum productivity. You will maintain and verify documentation to facilitate the flow of merchandise through the Distribution Center to our stores.
What You'll Do:- Lead a team of 8-12 employees and ensure highly efficient, accurate and safe operations of shipping activities.
- Update inventory in the computer system; must be able to proficiently use a computer, scanner and perform data entry using our computer systems.
- Train new employees in internal processes and procedures.
- Develop your team by ensuring proper training, day-to-day coaching, and development.
- Plan and assign work for the team according to management direction.
- Maintain discipline, morale, and a positive work environment for the team.
- Investigate and resolve inventory issues within area of responsibility.
- Respectfully support and follow direction from management with minimum supervision.
- Maintain the workspaces and keep a clean and orderly area.
- Strong leadership: train and develop a group of employees, ongoing process improvement.

- Capable of effectively monitoring processing and maintaining high productivity.
- Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English, bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Physical Demands: The employee is required to stand, walk, stoop, reach and lift for a minimum of 10 hours. You are required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel inventory. objects and/or tools. The employee must regularly lift and transfer up to 50 pounds.
Required Experience:- At least 1-2 years of Lead experience for retail distribution industry/operations or leadership experience required.
- Strong computer skills requirement - data analysis and creation.
- GED/High school diploma required.
