Position : Phone Sales Representative
Location : Chandler AZ. In Office
Salary : Hourly + Uncapped Commission
Schedule : Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers over the phone to promote and sell our products/services.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system.
• Build lasting relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.

• Previous sales experience and eagerness to grow.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to hit goals and earn commission.
• Positive attitude, coachable and ability to work well in a team.
