Lead Elevator Installer – Luxury Residential

Are you an experienced Residential Elevator Installer ready to step into a leadership role ?

We are seeking a Lead Installer to oversee high-end residential elevator installations in the Phoenix market. This is a unique opportunity to work exclusively on luxury custom homes while helping build and lead a growing installation team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead installation of residential elevator systems (REI experience highly preferred)
• Ensure installations meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications
• Maintain high-quality craftsmanship for luxury residential projects
• Work directly with builders, contractors, and homeowners
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges
• Keep projects on schedule and up to client expectations

Leadership Responsibilities

• Help recruit, train, and mentor new installers
• Establish best practices and quality standards
• Serve as the go-to technical expert in the region

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Experience installing residential elevators (REI strongly preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints and installation schematics
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
• Leadership experience or desire to step into a lead role
• Professional presence in high-end residential environments
• Open to relocation to Phoenix (if not local)
