HIGHLIGHTS: Burn Boot Camp is a trendsetting boutique fitness organization with over 600 studios awarded. We’re hiring an expert Assistant Studio Manager/Lead Trainer for our new Tatum Highlands studio.

LOCATION: 4730 E Lone Mountain Rd #124-126, Cave Creek, AZ 85331

AVAILABILITY: This is a Full-Time position. We also have Part-Time Trainer opportunities available as we prepare for the grand opening at this brand new studio.

ABOUT YOU: You will be responsible for delivering dynamic challenging workouts to members of all fitness levels. This position requires a strong ability to be a personal trainer in a group setting, motivating multiple clients and providing a positive community for change. A Burn Boot Camp Fitness Trainer focuses on total fitness, including mindset, nutrition, strength and burst (HIIT), all creating an inviting environment of support and incredible results. Overall, the ideal match for our team thrives on building a community and confidence in Burn Boot Camp members.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Train a minimum on a monthly average of 25 camps per week, adhering to the Protocol provided by Burn Boot Camp HQ.
• Lead team of support trainers focused on member experience, protocol execution and location growth.
• Deliver top quality service focused on the Burn Boot Camp philosophy and 5 pillars of success.
• Perform Focus Meetings with a minimum of 60% of the active members
• Deliver both pre-designed and custom workouts to groups
• Lead our training team to ensure all trainers deliver an elite fitness experience
• Manage training team schedule to ensure coverage for all camps
• Lead and motivate clients throughout intense training sessions
• Build and maintain highly engaged member base
• Practice what you preach. Live a lifestyle similar to the way you want clients to live theirs.
• Ensure safety of participants in regards to exercise technique
• Modify specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels
• Attend weekly and monthly fitness meetings and required educational presentations
• Handle member concerns when applicable
• Must be a fitness leader in the community
• Social Media skills are a plus

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experienced Fitness Trainer/Certified Personal Trainer. Must hold current fitness certification from an approved education company such as ACSM, ACE, NASM, NCSA, AFFA, NPTI or NFPT (NCCA Certified)
• Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
• Pass Burn Boot Camp Strength and Conditioning Assessment
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized
• Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
• Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels
• CPR/AED certification
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Background check required
• MUST be a reliable team player
• Be nimble and adjust to changes quickly as needed - you provide solutions and can roll with changes of growth
• Participate daily in social media by both posting with education and motivational content in addition to engaging with and in members' posts to build and create a cohesive community

THE IDEAL MATCH: This individual will have a vibrant and inspiring personality. Ideally, 1-3 years of experience Personal Training, Small Group Training, Group Fitness, HIIT, Functional Fitness, Nutrition Coaching, etc.
