We are looking for a Sales Associate
We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent service, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales goals. This role involves assisting customers with product selection, providing knowledgeable recommendations, and ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining store presentation, handling transactions accurately, and contributing to a positive team environment. Strong communication skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting are essential. Prior retail or sales experience is a plus, but we are also open to individuals eager to learn and grow with us.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in jewelry sales or luxury retail preferred.

• Strong knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals a plus (training available).

• Excellent communication, customer service, and upselling skills.

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated to exceed expectations.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
