As a Dental Treatment Coordinator at Dental Design of Arcadia, you'll play a vital role in ensuring exceptional patient experiences. With grace and expertise, you'll be the friendly face greeting patients, guiding them through their dental journey, and creating treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

Each day, you'll have the privilege of discussing these treatment plans, providing clear explanations, and addressing any questions or concerns. By fostering trust and building strong relationships, you'll empower our patients to make informed decisions regarding their oral health. Additionally, you'll expertly manage our scheduling system, ensuring a seamless flow and maximizing the utilization of our dental team's time.

THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED:

At Dental Design of Arcadia, we value excellence and professionalism. To be considered for this position, we seek individuals who meet the following minimum requirements:

• At least 1 year of dental industry experience, which will enable you to effectively communicate treatment plans and engage patients with empathy and care
• A warm and professional demeanor, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate records

WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION

Join our team on a full-time basis, embracing a schedule of Monday through Thursday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm . Dental Design of Arcadia is conveniently located in the vibrant community of Phoenix, AZ , specifically in the 85018 area code. You'll find our modern and inviting office a hub for dental excellence.
