We’re looking for a full-time, in-person Bookkeeper who isn’t content with staying behind the scenes. This role is designed for someone with the talent and ambition to become our Finance Manager within their first year — someone who lives and breathes financial strategy, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a bigger mission.

Your Role

• Lead full-charge bookkeeping, including A/P, A/R, general ledger, bank reconciliations, payroll & minor HR support and operational support
• Maintain accurate financial records for multiple real estate and construction-related entities
• Provide timely monthly reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Partner directly with ownership to strategize on company profitability, growth planning, and operational improvements
• Implement and evolve financial systems (currently QuickBooks Desktop & Construction Foreman)
• Assist in preparing job costing reports, customer/loan draw packages, tax prep, and budget forecasting
• Develop and optimize processes for financial tracking, vendor payments, and compliance

What You Bring

• 3+ years bookkeeping/accounting experience in real estate and construction
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop (or confidence in proposing a better solution)
• Strong grasp of job costing, cash flow forecasting, and full-cycle accounting
• Strategic mindset: You care about why the numbers matter, not just getting them right
