Your Role and Responsibilities

• Completing thorough patient evaluations, coordinating diagnostic tests, and developing tailor-made care plans
• Identifying and managing acute, episodic, or chronic conditions in collaboration with physicians or independently (as per your credentials)
• Instructing patients and their families on preventative measures, wellness strategies, and chronic disease management

Education and Licensing Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Essential Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Arizona
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or relevant specialty
