Our client is looking for Medical Clerical Support Specialist for its location in the North of Phoenix
Job Type: temp to hire
Location: Onsite > Phoenix AZ 85054
Training & Post-Training Schedule: 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday
Dress Code: Business casual
Pay: $19/hr
Job Duties:
- Answer inbound calls from providers, payers, and patients, routing appropriately.
- Scan documents
- Route faxes
- Provide customer service
Requirements:
- HSD or GED
- 2+ years of clerical experience in a medical office, specialty pharmacy, infusion center, or healthcare intake setting.
- Must be computer/tech saavy
- Must be detail-oriented and organized
- Must be personable
