Goldie’s Motors, a family business in Arizona for over 60 years, is known for its strong reputation in the auto industry. We’re hiring for our expanding service department. We have room for one more mechanic, are other bays are full!! We are looking for an experienced quality focused European and or JLR technician. We strongly prefer someone with strong inspection and diagnostic skill. Our facility is newly renovated with heating, air conditioning, led lighting, and insulation. It has 17 service bays and up-to-date equipment. The dealership is in a mid-century building, that has been recently renovated. We operate Monday to Friday, with optional weekends and major holidays off. Our work environment is family-friendly, positive, and upbeat. Our service bays are clean and newly renovated. Skills

• Perform high-quality maintenance and repair services, including suspension, brakes, A/C & heating, electrical,

• belts, radiators, and water pumps, ensuring vehicles are returned to customers in top-notch condition.

• Some Heavy-line repair required, installation of transmissions, engines, and additional powertrain components.

• Focus on safety and customer satisfaction, delivering vehicles cleaner and safer than when they arrived.

• B level qualifications or higher, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair

• Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination

• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment and familiar with

• Alltel, AllData, and Identifix.

• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies

• Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve

• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment

• Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively

• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience & Expertise: Minimum of 5 years in automotive repair and maintenance, High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification required with a strong ability to diagnose and resolve vehicle issues efficiently.

• Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain required steps for repair, and parts needed both written and verbally including taking pictures during the Inspection Process - Also the ability to communicate to customer and Service Writers / Managers and Inspectors effectively if need be.

• Passion for Excellence: Detail-oriented, committed to being best in class, and passionate about delivering superior car care.

• Requirements - Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
