Shift Lead (Carl's Jr)
Carl’s Jr. is looking for a motivated and energetic Shift Lead to help lead our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. In this role, you will support daily operations, guide team members, and ensure every guest receives fast, friendly service and high-quality food. If you enjoy leading by example and working in a high-energy team setting, we want you on our crew!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support team members during shifts to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
- Delegate tasks and maintain productivity, teamwork, and positive morale
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Ensure food quality, accuracy, and presentation meet Carl’s Jr. standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen, dining, and service areas
- Follow and enforce food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily shift procedures
- Support cash handling, register operations, and shift accountability
- Assist with inventory, stocking, and minimizing food waste
- Train and coach team members on company procedures and performance expectations
- Ensure kitchen equipment is operating properly and report maintenance issues to management
- Support management in achieving operational goals during each shift
Requirements
- Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
