Role Description

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager will be responsible for leading financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning to support the company's current and expected government and commercial contracts. This will involve creating detailed financial models and projections, conducting in-depth data analysis, and providing actionable strategic insights. The ideal candidate will also be willing to provide support for day-to-day accounting and business functions. The role can be structured as full time or part time depending on qualifications, with an expectation of at least partial on-site support.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting to develop and manage comprehensive financial strategies

• Proficiency in Financial Modeling with strong analytical skills to support strategic decisions

• Strong Finance knowledge and experience in interpreting financial statements and metrics

• Ability to manage cap tables and investments

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree, CPA, and/or CFA designation is a plus)

• Ability to work on-site in Tucson, AZ at least part time

• Experience in aerospace or technology industries and government contracting is a plus
