We are currently seeking a talented Customer Service Rep to work in our Phoenix showroom. This would be a non-supervisory position but will be a very vital part of our sales team. The Customer Service Rep will be a very diverse role and be handling everything from answering phones, greeting customers, walk-in sales, order processing, sampling, marketing, filing and sales support.
The job functions would include but not limited to:
· Answer incoming calls
· Answer pricing or product questions from customers who call in over the phone
· Communicate with the sales team regarding customer inquiries or issues
· Greet customers as they come into the showroom
· Be able to present the QDI product line and answer questions from customers
· Follow up on leads and pass to outside sales team
· Specific marketing projects assigned by GM or Operations Manager
· Answer pricing or product questions over the phone
· Attend industry related networking events when necessary
· Ordering office supplies
· Maintaining sample room and updating sample inventory
· Filing
Successful candidates will have the following:
- Wholesale flooring experience knowledge. Acctivate experience a plus but not required.
- 3-5 years in a customer service or office manager roles and preferably natural stone industry experience.
- Well organized and self-disciplined - Attention to detail a must.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Professional appearance.
- Good presentation skills.
- Problem-solving skills with the habit of being proactive.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Team player
- Good computer skills including MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Recent college grads encouraged to apply
- Bi-lingual helpful

Position Overview:
The Logistics Scheduling Coordinator manages daily scheduling, routing, and tracking of deliveries, working with both our company trucks and third-party freight carriers. This role is key to ensuring operational excellence and outstanding customer service.
We’re looking for someone highly organized , proactive , and detail-obsessed — ready to make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule, coordinate, and track deliveries with internal drivers and external freight providers.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date shipment records using Excel and internal systems.
- Communicate proactively with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth, on-time deliveries.
- Collect and verify all information needed for accurate billing and documentation.
- Quickly adapt to schedule changes and keep all parties informed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook (required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits.
- Team player who can also work independently and problem-solve under pressure.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Logistics, dispatching, or scheduling experience is a plus, but not required if you demonstrate strong aptitude and work ethic.
- Experience with Acctivate software is a bonus.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM and Alternating Saturdays
- Location: QDI Surfaces – Phoenix Branch (2633 N 24th Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85009)
- Pay: Starting at $20/hour (higher depending on experience)
