What You’ll Do:

• Establish and maintain BIM standards, configure project environments, and ensure seamless coordination.
• Oversee model integrity, conduct clash detection, and implement quality control processes for accurate, high-performing designs.
• Mentor and train designers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
• Work autonomously to solve complex challenges, propose process enhancements, and guide your team in delivering world-class deliverables.

• Proven experience in BIM leadership and electrical design for advanced facilities.
• Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and BIM workflows.

Here's what you'll need

• High school graduate or equivalent
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in design utilizing 3D modeling / drafting
• At least 3 years of design experience with Revit and Navisworks
• At least 3 years of experience as a BIM Lead
• Proficiency in AutoCAD

Ideally, you’ll also have:  

• Knowledge and application of NEC and electrical design requirements
• Two-year associate’s degree in relevant field
• At least 2 years of semiconductor experience

The base salary range for this position is $80,600.00 to $125,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
