What You've Done:

• Knowledge is just the baseline. who you are and how you are = the deciding factor

What You Have:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Master's degree would be a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Android development, with a particular focus on lower-level system development or modifications.
• Deep Understanding of AOSP: Knowledge of the Android Open Source Project's structure, build processes, and customization techniques.
• Proficiency in Programming: Strong skills in C, Java, Kotlin, and C++.
• Kernel Experience: Familiarity with the Linux kernel and any customizations specific to Android.
• Embedded Systems: Experience with ARM or x86 architectures, understanding of drivers, and optimizing performance on low-power devices.
• Familiarity with Android Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL): Especially if the project will involve custom hardware or unique system services.
• Security: Knowledge of Android security architecture, Secure Boot, TrustZone, and other relevant technologies.
• Version Control: Experience with Git, knowing how to manage and merge branches efficiently.
• Networking: Experience with Android's networking stack, Wi-Fi, cellular, Bluetooth, etc
