We're seeking a passionate **Speech-Language Pathologist** to join our growing team and help children from birth to age 21 achieve meaningful developmental milestones in various settings, including clinics, home health, and telehealth. **Responsibilities:** + Assessing communication needs: Evaluating individuals' communication needs and designing AAC strategies tailored to those needs. + Providing training: Training individuals and their support teams on the use of AAC devices and strategies. + Collaborating with professionals: Working with speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and other professionals to develop comprehensive communication plans. + Supporting clients: Offering direct support and training to clients and their caregivers to ensure effective communication and computer access. + Educational opportunities: Participating in educational training and creating new educational materials for clients and partner organizations. + Remote work: Many AAC Trainers work remotely, providing support and training from the comfort of their own homes or offices.
