Tax Manager
What You’ll Be Doing
Prepare and review Individual (1040), Business (1120S, 1065)
Analyze and interpret financial statements for accuracy and compliance
Communicate with clients by phone and email to ensure exceptional, timely service
Support junior staff, share knowledge, and contribute to a collaborative team dynamic
Manage multiple client engagements and deadlines with confidence and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (required)
4+ years of recent experience in tax preparation and review
Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
Tech-savvy and comfortable using cloud-based systems
Proficient with:
Drake Tax (preferred)
QuickBooks Online and Desktop
Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with 1041 returns is a plus
Highly detail-oriented and organized
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to manage workload independently with minimal oversight
