Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and build strong, trusted relationships through responsive, professional service.
• Conduct property walkthroughs and inspections to identify maintenance needs, service opportunities, or liability concerns.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate service agreements, and identify opportunities to expand recurring and additional services.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure clear communication, smooth operations, and high-quality service delivery.
• Support performance goals by managing inspections, proposals, service tickets, and other key metrics.
• Use company systems, Microsoft Office, and mobile tools to communicate, document, and report efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in key account management. ]
• Proven sales experience and the ability to recommend tailored solutions based on customer building maintenance needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels.
• Excellent leadership, time management, organization, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and comfort using mobile devices for day-to-day work.
• Associate degree in business, sales, or a related field preferred.
• Clean driving record required; DMV motor vehicle record check will be performed.
