**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
+ Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
+ Document and report any incidents, observations, or unusual circumstances according to company and client protocols.
+ Collaborate with site personnel and local authorities as needed to support security-related operations within the transportation environment.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ A guard card or license is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
