Assistant Project Manager

salary: $63.33 - 80.00 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm
education: Bachelors responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers in developing and maintaining project execution plans, schedules, workflows, and procedures across all lifecycle phases from startup to closeout.
- Monitor project milestones and track progress against baseline schedules to identify critical path risks, delays, and near-critical activities.
- Partner with consultants, contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities and align them with strategic priorities.
- Gather and analyze project data to maintain schedule dashboards, support forecasting, and evaluate mitigation strategies to escalate schedule concerns.
