Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Special Education, or Visual Impairments, active Teacher of the Visually Impaired certification and 1+ years Teacher of the Visually Impaired experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a skilled Teacher for the Visually Impaired (TVI) to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Mesa, AZ. This contract position is for the current school year and requires onsite work with part-time hours, potentially only a few hours per week. The role involves delivering specialized instruction to students with visual impairments, helping them achieve academic success and independence.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Arizona Teaching License with certification to serve students with visual impairments
• Current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Experience working as a Teacher for the Visually Impaired (TVI) in K-12 educational settings
• Availability for specific interview times as coordinated by the district (rescheduling is not preferred)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, staff, and families

Location: Mesa, Arizona
Assignment Type: Contract, Current School Year
Schedule: Part-time onsite hours, flexible but with scheduled commitments

Primary Responsibilities:
