Sun Lakes Family Dental is a growing general dentistry and implant practice looking for an experienced, people-friendly Dental Office Manager / Front Desk Coordinator to join our team!
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated, organized, and upbeat professional who thrives in a patient-centered environment and enjoys being a key part of a collaborative dental team.
Responsibilities include:
Managing front desk operations and daily office flow
Insurance verification and dental billing
Scheduling appointments and confirming patients
Answering phones and assisting patients with questions
Coordinating with clinical staff to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a dental office (required)
Strong knowledge of dental insurance billing and verification
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Friendly, professional, and a true team player
