Our team takes pride in customizing the insurance needs for each of our clients and providing exceptional customer service . We are a full service agency offering Auto, Home, Commercial, and Life Insurance. We are family-operated with a culture that values teamwork , rapport-building , and education to ensure we are always learning and providing our clients with the best personalized service possible. Meetings throughout the week allow us to get to know our teammates and learn from their experiences, including the agency owner who has more than 41 years of experience. We pride ourselves on our excellent culture, and we are seeking someone who wants to be a part of that strong team.

An Active AZ Property & Casualty License is Recommended. We will cover licensing costs 100%.

Base Salary Based on Experience (Base Salary of $30,000 - $40,000) With commission and additional bonus opportunities

• Using your excellent presentation skills, you'll be working with clients to develop insurance quotes to meet sales goals.
• With your excellent relationship-building skills , youll be building clientele via telephone prospecting, cold calling, and warm leads. Applicant must have the capacity to introduce themselves and market to Realtors, Business Owners, etc.
• Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in educating & advising clients on the best policies for their unique needs .
• Your savvy skills will be essential in maintaining knowledge of the current policies that we have to offer to best serve your clients.

• An Active AZ Property & Casualty License is Recommended. We will cover licensing costs 100%.
• Prior Sales Experience is a BONUS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including a positive attitude and professional phone and office etiquette .
• Goal-oriented with the ability to multitask .
• Must be able to build rapport with clients and enjoy helping people.
