Hybrid Customer Support/Data Entry Rep

Location : Phoenix, AZ 85009 - 3 days in office and 2 days remote

Training Hours: M-F, 5am to 2pm

Hours of Operation : M-Su, 6am to 9pm - must be flexible to work a shift during this window, 8 hour shift with 2 days off (OT offered)

Description

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for managing incoming service requests received via email and phone and accurately entering the information into our system for dispatch. You will provide excellent customer service by providing solutions to any customer concerns and adapting to new processes, as necessary. Service requests will be servicing: commercial buildings.

Qualifications

• 1 year of admin/data entry experience
• Attention to detail is HUGE, data entry/order entry
• Multitasking between phone and chat/order entry correspondence.
• Strong problem solving capabilities
• Experience using multiple screens at previous employer

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
