Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – In-Home Assessments & Safety Analysis

Location: Cochise County and surrounding areas

Job Type: PRN (As Needed)

Senior Helpers is a dedicated provider of high-quality, compassionate home care services. We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and perform in-home assessments and safety evaluations for our clients on an as-needed basis.

Position Overview:

The RN will be responsible for conducting in-home nursing assessments and environmental safety evaluations for new and existing clients. This role is perfect for an experienced nurse who enjoys autonomy, flexible scheduling, and making a direct impact on client well-being and safety in the home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments in the client’s home
• Conduct home safety evaluations to identify potential risks or hazards
• Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate findings and recommendations to the care team, VA, and/or family
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements
• Serve as a clinical resource and support for intake or care planning as needed

Requirements:

• Current RN license in Arizona
• Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience (home health, hospice, or community health preferred)
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license, automobile registration, and automobile insurance
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work on an as-needed basis, including short notice if required

Preferred:

• Experience conducting home safety evaluations
• Knowledge of state and federal home care regulations
