Nephrology | Flagstaff, AZ | 850K+ Proven Income
A progressive, physician-led Nephrology practice in the Arizona Mountains is seeking dynamic and driven BE/BC Nephrologists to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity with a lucrative earning potential and wonderful work/life balance.
Position details:• Monday-Friday, 8 am-5pm.
• Outpatient clinic and ER/ICU rounding. Minimal call requirements.
• Nationally recognized private Nephrology practice with over 70 physicians across 40 locations the Phoenix and Tucson Metropolitan areas, as well as the Arizona mountain towns.
• Robust administrative and clinical support including NPs, PAs, and a full nursing staff to provide quality care and ensure patient retention.
• Physician-led practice allows for your voice to be heard. In addition to a competitive base salary with production bonus, the group offers a partnership track which includes dialysis ownership and additional income and investment opportunities.
• Current partners are making over $850,000 per year.
• Comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, $2,000 CME stipend, and 401k with 3% match. Living in the Arizona Mountains:
