As the Program Management Director - Anthem here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing various aspects of the Anthem program. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for the program. You will report directly to our Program Management VP and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of the Part 25 Anthem program. You will be responsible for ensuring the program is executed efficiently, meeting all objectives and deliverables. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive program success and ensure customer satisfaction.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead and oversee the Part 25 Anthem program activities
- Develop and implement program management strategies and best practices
- Ensure compliance with program management standards and guidelines
- Manage program performance metrics and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program success
- Provide leadership and guidance to the program management team
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Conduct program reviews and identify areas for improvement
- Lead and drive strategic initiatives to enhance program management efficiency and effectiveness

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management or related roles
- Prior experience in a leadership or director-level role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
