Picker And Packer

We are seeking dedicated individuals to efficiently handle and move products throughout our warehouse. This role involves using pallet jacks or forklifts to manage the movement of materials, as well as ensuring the accurate tracking and documentation of inventory.

Responsibilities

• Move products throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Track materials within the warehouse, including tagging, inventory management, and documenting weight and dimensions.
• Accurately complete all necessary paperwork.
• Sort and segregate distributions accurately.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including jacks and forklifts, while adhering to all safety procedures.
• Load and unload freight from various transportation vehicles, ensuring paperwork matches the loaded or unloaded items and inspecting products for potential damage.
• Document and update disposal data to ensure proper use of the dumpster.
• Pick and pack materials or freight in a timely and orderly manner.

• Experience in picking and packing.
• General labor and forklift operation skills.
• Proficiency in shipping and receiving processes.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Capability to perform repetitive work.
• Proficiency in reading and writing in Excel.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.

• Experience with inventory management, including the use of RF scanners.

Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with an initial shift of 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM on the first day. The role involves standing for extended periods and handling tasks that require physical endurance.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tolleson, Arizona.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
