Facility Maintenance role

Our client, an Industrial leader, is seeking a Facility Maintenance to join their team. As a Facility Maintenance, you will be part of the operations supporting a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facility Maintenance

Location: Mesa, AZ

Schedule: Friday, Saturday , Sunday and Monday 7:00am-5:30pm

Pay Range: $19.50 per hour

What's the Job?

• Responsible for the overall cleanliness and organization of all back office and shared spaces within the facility.
• Perform routine cleaning sweeps including kitchens, restrooms, meeting spaces, office areas, and motorsports equipment.
• Order and replenish consumables throughout various areas to ensure a well-stocked environment.
• Utilize facility maintenance software to manage and document repairs, maintenance, and supplies reordering.
• Assist the engineering team with small projects and perform basic maintenance tasks such as painting and repairing walls.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in custodial or maintenance roles.
• Ability to take direction well and show initiative in completing tasks.
• Comfortable cleaning restrooms and handling various cleaning tasks.
• Willingness to learn and be trained on equipment such as forklifts.
• Strong interpersonal skills to forge positive relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
