We are seeking a passionate and skilled Medical Provider to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a provider who thrives in a supportive, forward-thinking environment and is committed to whole-person care. You will provide comprehensive medical services, foster lasting relationships with your patients, and collaborate with a high-functioning care team to drive optimal health outcomes.

Opportunity Highlights

• Located in Oregon (relocation assistance available)
• Guaranteed salary for the first 9–12 months, with transition to a productivity-based model

Qualifications

• Active (or eligible) Oregon license: NP, PA-C, MD, or DO
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related specialty
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred (integrative medicine interest/experience a plus)
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills
• Comfortable in a collaborative, team-based environment
