Responsibilities

• Prepare and format pleadings and legal correspondence
• Prepare and format discovery requests and disclosure documents
• We are looking for a team player. Someone willing to help wherever they are needed
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and our team
• Assist with client intake and follow-up
• Support attorneys with trial preparation and deadline tracking
• Uphold confidentiality and ensure high-quality work product

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in a family law firm
• Knowledge of Arizona family law court procedures and filings
• Strong organizational skills and detail-focused work style
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Outlook
• Prior experience with MyCase, Clio, or similar case management systems is a plus
• Proactive, reliable , and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
