Academic ACNP for Critical Care| Banner University Medical Center Phoenix

Banner - University Medicine seeks a dynamic Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) to join our Nocturnal Critical Care team at Banner University Medical Center Phoenix. The selected ACNP directly manages critical care patients within a division that is committed to the growth and career development of their team.

The ideal candidate is comfortable being involved in nocturnal care management of patients, performing therapeutic and diagnostic procedures, interpretation of diagnostic tests, prescription of medications, education, consultation, and research. This position is also open to highly motivated new grads with prior critical care intensivist experience that thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current ACNP certification
• Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS
• Current prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substance
• Experienced or New Grads with previous critical care experience are encouraged to apply!

Work Schedule :

• Full Time
• 3-12 hour shifts per week
• Night, Swing and Weekend Shifts Required
