Service Advisor
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive and professional experience
- Listen to customer concerns and identify their needs
- Document and accurately communicate service requests to the service technicians
- Ensure that all necessary parts and supplies are ordered and available for the service technicians
- Schedule service appointments, maintain an organized service schedule and manage the service department's workflow
- Inform customers about service recommendations, provide them with estimates of costs and obtain customer or warranty approval prior to work being performed
- Keep customers informed about the status of their RV throughout the service process and any additional repairs that may be required
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service appointments and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed
- Follow up with customers after service appointments to ensure their satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service, handle any customer concerns or complaints, and ensure that any issues are addressed promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Experience as a Service Advisor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of RV repair and maintenance
- Computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and service software programs
- Valid driver's license
- This job may require standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods of time.
- The work environment may be noisy and include exposure to fumes, dust, and other hazards associated with working in a service department.
- The position may require working weekends or holidays depending on customer demand
