Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Electrician who is self-driven, motivated, and interested in a career in the solar and electric vehicle charging industry. This role will focus on the installation, maintenance, and optimization of solar electric systems and EV chargers for a wide range of manufacturers including Rivian, Lucid, GM, Ford Lightning, and Tesla Cyber Trucks, to name a few. Training and certification across our product lines will be provided, giving you the tools and knowledge needed to excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain solar PV systems, EV chargers, energy storage systems, smart electric panels, and perform main panel upgrades.
• Work on both residential and commercial projects.
• Ensure all installations are compliant with national and local electrical codes.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to electrical systems and equipment.
• Cooperate with project teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to high standards.
• Stay current with industry developments and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Experience as an electrician or in a similar role; direct experience in the solar industry or with EV charger installations is highly regarded but not necessary.
• Strong willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.
• Effective problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Educational background in electrical engineering or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory.
