**MUST HAVE 1 YEAR OF TRAUMA LEVEL 1 EXPERIENCE, MGR WANTS TO SEE LEVEL I EXPERIENCE AS PERM STAFF AND TRAVELER
- Must have natural hair color and no facial piercing
- Men must clean shave for fit test
- Required Certs: BLS, ACLS, PALS - Preferred Certs: TNCC and ATCN **ENPC not allowed to replace PALS Cert**
- Ratios: 1:4 ratio
- EMR: Cerner
- Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts per month, at unit discretion
- Scrub Color: Navy
- Tele: Phillips monitors, must be able to read strips.
- Floating: Float within ER
- 2 years ER experience.
