We are looking for a Medical Director who will work with the Practice Manager to ensure the operations of the hospital are running smoothly. Current staff states that the culture is a fun atmosphere and the veterinarians especially like that they are allowed to practice individualized medicine. It is a busy and productive hospital with a reputation for doing a variety of procedures, including orthopedics. The majority of the clientele are loyal and willing to spend for recommended procedures/treatment/etc. The hours are typically 40 hours/week, no later than 6PM. The practice is flexible and open for negotiation with respect to the Medical Director’s schedule. Responsibilities will include overseeing the other veterinarians (2-3) and the Practice Manager.
