What you'll do at Cascade:

Hybrid, in office 1 day/week in Chandler, Arizona
How you'll do it:
- Prepare and manage foreclosure referral packages, including timeline tracking, document certification, vendor coordination, and referral submission.
- Oversee the generation and delivery of default-related notices, including Notices of Default (NOD), Notices of Intent (NOI), and Breach Letters.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications between borrowers, attorneys, and Cascade.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure foreclosure referrals meet all investor, regulatory, and company requirements.
- Conduct compliance reviews of foreclosure and bankruptcy legal documents for filing and default notices to ensure adherence to investor, regulatory, and company requirements, identifying risks and supporting corrective action.
- Reviewing exception reports to manage overdue orders and/or workflow challenges
- Ensuring account actions, correspondence and process delays are thoroughly documented in servicing system. Ensure compliance with all state and investor requirements including maintaining investor metrics and protocols.
- Processing invoices and working with accounts payable to reconcile payments to vendor
- Provide support across Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, and Property Preservation functions as needed, actively participating in cross-training opportunities to develop proficiency in multiple servicing roles. Adapt responsibilities based on business needs, departmental objectives, and opportunities for professional growth within the organization.
What you'll need to join Cascade:
- 5+ years of default servicing experience preferred with at least 2 years in foreclosure
- Intermediate Microsoft Word & Excel experience is a must.
- Prior FHA mortgage foreclosure experience and/or manufactured home replevin experience required.
- Working knowledge of GSE servicing guidelines and investor requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster positive working relationships.
- Adaptable and able to respond effectively to changing business, team, and customer needs.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and active listening skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and follow established procedures.
- Demonstrated commitment to assisting borrowers, supporting colleagues, and contributing to the organization's success.
