Accounting Clerk Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Maintain active inventory records and input the incoming inventory in the computer system.
• Accounts payable/ Accounts Receivable
• Maintain records by accurately recording transactions
• Ensure proper filing of documents
• Daily closing duties
• Answering phones and assist with mail distribution

Accounting Clerk Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with vendors, team members, and management.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced office or accounting environment preferred.
• Ability to adapt and learn new accounting software or company-specific systems.
