Role: Junior Loan Officer

Location: Scottsdale, AZ (onsite)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM

Base Salary: $30,576 + uncapped monthly commissions

First-Year Earnings: $85K–$125K+

• Train under top-producing Mortgage Bankers and leadership
• Learn and apply proven sales tactics through hands-on coaching
• Take and make calls from warm leads
• Use CRM and loan origination systems
• Provide top-tier customer service
• Participate in sales meetings, contests, and performance incentives
• Thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment

Ideal Candidate

• A Bachelor’s degree OR experience in sales, service, military, or commission-based roles
• Background in hospitality, retail, customer service, or athletics
• Strong communication and people skills
• Competitive, outgoing personality

• Ability to excel in a high-expectation environment

This is a Permanent position based out of Scottsdale, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $30576.00 - $30576.00/yr.
