We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team! You will perform data entry and assist the Office Manager and set yourself up for career growth!
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Enter data from agreements with our clients
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Work with organized filing systems
- Work with in a team setting within the operations department
Qualifications (preferred but not required!)
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
