Receptionist Job Description:

PrideStaff is working with a growing retirement planning firm who is seeking a Receptionist to join their team. The Receptionist will greet customers, answer phones, schedule appointments and keep a clean and organized reception area. The ideal Receptionist has multiple years of experience in a similar role, has an excellent understanding of computers, office equipment, CRM Software and is driven by excellent customer service. The Receptionist is a full time, in-office, temp to hire position in Scottsdale, AZ.

Receptionist Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet & Warmly Welcome Clients Upon Arrival
• Answer Inbound Calls With Patience & Professionalism
• Assist Clients With Forms & Respond to Their Questions
• Manage Appointments Scheduling & Send Reminder Calls
• Support Email Management & Clear Communication
• Update Staff Promptly Upon Client Check-In
• Maintain a Clean, Calm, & Inviting Reception Area
• Collaborate With a Large Team to Ensure Seamless Client Service
• Assist Clients Weekly During In-Person Interactions
• Pitch in With Various Tasks as Part of a Cooperative Team

Receptionist Requirements & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• 2 - 3 Years of Receptionist, Administrative or Similar Customer Facing Role
• Previous Experience in a Medical Office, Insurance or Financial Business Setting Preferred
• Solid Understanding of MS Office, Google Suite, & CRM Software Such as Salesforce
• Excellent Multitasking & Communication Skills
• Demonstrates Professionalism, Excellent Attention to Detail, & Team Spirit
• Understands Client Confidentiality & Willingness to Learn Privacy Protocols
