We are seeking a reliable, serious, and committed Caregiver who is passionate about helping others. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a genuine desire to help individuals with developmental disabilities, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision . Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities including hygiene, meal prep, and community outings
- Follow care plans and document progress accurately
- Ensure a safe and respectful environment at all times
- Travel within a 1015 mile radius as needed for appointments or outings
Legal status to work in the U.S.
Valid Drivers License
Reliable transportation
Willing to travel within a 1015 mile radius
Fingerprint Clearance Card
Clean background check
Certifications:
- CPR/First Aid
- Article 9
- Direct Care Worker (DCW) Certification
Preferred Traits:
- Strong communication skills
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
