Lead Generation Specialist (Sales)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing sales team. As a key player in our business development strategy, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation strategies that drive revenue growth. Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted outreach to potential clients through various channels, including email, social media, and phone.
- Identify and qualify leads based on strategic fit and readiness to engage.
- Nurture and build relationships with potential clients through consistent follow-ups and personalized communication.
- Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, tracking progress through CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted campaigns.
- Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings for the sales team.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed of industry trends.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead data.
- Report on key performance metrics and suggest improvements to the lead generation process.
- 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or inside sales.
- Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and meeting targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead generation software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm for technology and an interest in recruitment solutions is a plus.
