**What you'll do:

**

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead and support plant maintenance operations to ensure continuous, high‑quality production:

• Supervise and develop 20–25 maintenance and engineering employees

• Maintain and repair manufacturing and production equipment to minimize downtime

• Oversee facility maintenance to ensure the building and utilities remain in excellent condition

• Enforce safety, food safety, and housekeeping programs to promote an accident‑free workplace

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs

• Control inventory and spare parts to ensure availability across departments

• Monitor departmental cost control and maintenance budgets

• Coordinate and manage outside contractors and service providers

• Support plant quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance systems

• Partner with management on continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives

**What you'll need to have:

**

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering

• Minimum of 6 years of maintenance or engineering experience in a manufacturing environment

• Proven experience leading or supervising maintenance teams

• Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems

• Ability to read and interpret facility drawings, mechanical diagrams, and electrical schematics

• A leadership style that fosters team accountability, engagement, and safety
