On-Call Enrichment Partner (Caregiver Adult Day Program)

Enrichment Partner (Caregiver, Adult Day Program)
Location: Benevilla Adult Day Enrichment Programs- Surprise, AZ
Pay Rate: $15.00/hr | Hourly, Non-Exempt
Schedule: Programs are open Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm
Various shifts available: 10am-4pm (Sun City, AZ), On-Call with scheduled 1 day per week and On-Call as needed (no set schedule)
About the Role: Join our compassionate team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults in our day program. You’ll support members through personalized activities, assist with meals, and help with personal care- creating a welcoming, enriching environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable transportation or plans to relocate to Peoria/Sun City/Surprise area (relocation assistance not provided).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1-2 years’ experience supporting adults in day programs, group homes, or caregiving environments, especially with individuals experiencing dementia.
- Ability or willingness to obtain certifications including Fingerprint Clearance, CPR, TB/Chest X-Ray, Article 9, and Food Handler’s (we provide support for certification costs).
