About the Job

Position: Property Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Acquisition Specialist to join our real estate investment team. This role involves identifying, evaluating, and acquiring properties that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate markets, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple acquisition processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and assess potential property acquisition opportunities.

• Conduct market research and property evaluations to determine investment potential.

• Communicate effectively with property owners and other stakeholders to negotiate contracts.

• Manage acquisition processes from initial contact through contract execution.

• Maintain accurate records and utilize CRM systems to track leads and deals.

• Foster positive relationships with clients, investors, and partners.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and market evaluation skills.

• Proven experience in acquisitions, real estate, or related fields.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Solid organizational and project management skills.

• Experience using CRM tools and data analysis software is a plus.

• Self-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
