We are seeking a full/part-time Front/Back Office Asst. for our GYN/Abortion Clinic. We are looking for a motivated candidate who is a team player, possess superb customer service skills, dependable, and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:- greeting patients
- answering in-coming calls
- scheduling appointments
- checking-in patients
- processing medical charts
- rooming patients
- obtaining vital signs and any necessary records for a smooth patients experience
- high empathy
This position also provides in-house training.
