Join Wiley Insurance Agency as a Customer Care Representative and be the voice of exceptional service in our Phoenix office! You will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the support they need, while contributing to a positive and friendly work environment. Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist clients with policy information, claims processing, and coverage options.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Educate clients about insurance products and services to enhance their understanding.
- Manage follow-up communications to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping clients succeed.
- Insurance license preferred, but not required; willingness to obtain one is essential.
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
