Technical Project Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Technical Project Manager for a Contract with a client in Phoenix, AZ. This role requires conducting daily stand‑ups, engaging stakeholders for alignment, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize project plans .

Rate Range: $41/hour to $47/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Technical Project Manager job responsibilities include:

• Lead daily stand‑up meetings with development teams to monitor progress and proactively remove project roadblocks.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather feedback, clarify requirements, and align on project priorities.

• Analyze key performance metrics and project data to adjust timelines, resources, and plans as needed.

• Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on business needs, user feedback, and technical feasibility.

• Communicate complex technical information in a clear, concise manner to non‑technical stakeholders and leadership.

• Drive cross‑functional coordination to ensure timely delivery of project goals while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• 5–7 years of experience in project management, technical project delivery, or software development environments.

• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and deliver complex technical projects on time.

• Strong analytical and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders .

Pay Details: $41.00 to $47.00 per hour
